SBI Clerk Selection Process 2015 : State Bank of India (SBI) is the largest bank in India having more branches across india will release SBI Clerk Notification in the next month.Apart from SBI PO Notification,state bank of India also release sbi clerk notification due its huge vacancies available all over the SBI branches across India.
Before knowing SBI Clerk Selection process,you must know eligibility criteria for sbi clerk exam 2015.Selection process will be made on the basis of written exam,group discussion and interview.
SBI Clerk Selection Process 2015 :
The SBI Clerk question pattern will be of objective type consisting of following questions from the topics given below.The questions will be of objective type,except for General english..Each test will be conducted for 40 marks for the total 200 marks.The duration of the SBI Clerk Exam is for 2 hours 15 minutes.The question will be asked in both Hindi and English.
(i)General Awareness
(ii)General English
(iii)Quantitative Aptitude
(iv)Reasoning Ability
(v)Marketing Aptitude/Computer Knowledge
There will be also negative marking,if he/she give wrong answers,1/4th marks will be deducted from the actual marks.The candidates has to pass in each test of the objective test.
To qualify in the next round,candidates has to qualify in each of the tests by securing passing marks to be decided by the bank.
Interview : Candidates who qualify in objective test will be place in descending order according to the marks to attend for interview.Only less number of applicants will be called for interview in the ration of 1:3 i,e for one vacancy 3 candidates are called.The cut off marks will be decided by the bank for interview.
Final Selection : Candidates must qualify in both phase-I & Phase-II Separately.Final selection will be decided by the bank depending on the basis of cut off score obtained in objective test and interview.
